These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the rental and use of jet skis, ATVs, and snowmobiles (“Equipment”) provided by 111 Rentals / Jet Ski GTA (“the Company”). By booking, paying for, signing for, or operating any Equipment, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement. This Agreement forms a binding contract between the Customer and the Company.
1. Eligibility & Requirements
To rent or operate Equipment from 111 Rentals / Jet Ski GTA, the Customer must meet all of the following:
Age Requirements
- Jet Skis: 16+ to operate, 18+ to rent
- ATVs: 16+ to operate, 18+ to rent
- Snowmobiles: 16+ to operate, 18+ to rent
Licensing Requirements
- Jet Skis: Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) or proof of competency required under Ontario law
- ATVs: Valid driver’s licence
- Snowmobiles: Valid driver’s licence or Motorized Snow Vehicle Operator’s Licence (MSVOL)
Identification & Condition
- Valid government‑issued ID
- Credit card for deposit
- Physical Condition: Customers must be physically capable of safely operating the Equipment and free from impairments.
2. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
Security & Damage Protocols
111 Rentals / Jet Ski GTA maintains all machines to the highest standards. To protect our fleet, the following policies apply:
Required via credit card or cash. Fully refundable within 15–30 minutes after return, provided the machine is in the same condition as departure.
Inspection Process
A full walk‑around inspection is completed before departure. Customers must document any pre‑existing marks. Any new damage, mechanical or cosmetic, is the Customer’s financial responsibility. Damage costs are based on repair or replacement value determined by the Company or a certified technician.
Cancellation Policy
Our schedule is tightly managed to ensure every customer receives their full rental time. Late changes affect the entire day.

Late Arrivals: Rental time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals do not extend the rental period.
3. Safety Rules & Operating Guidelines
The Customer agrees to:
- Wear all mandatory safety gear (life jackets, helmets, etc.)
- Complete the safety briefing
- Operate only in designated areas
- Follow all instructions from staff
- Avoid reckless driving, stunts, racing, or dangerous maneuvers
- Never operate under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or drugs
- Report any accidents, injuries, or mechanical issues immediately
4. Assumption of Risk
The Customer acknowledges that operating jet skis, ATVs, and snowmobiles involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: Collisions, Falls, Weather hazards, Water or terrain conditions, and Equipment malfunction. By renting from the Company, the Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with Equipment use.
5. Liability Waiver & Release
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law:
- The Customer releases 111 Rentals / Jet Ski GTA, its owners, employees, and affiliates from liability for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses arising from Equipment use.
- This waiver includes negligence on the part of the Company, except where prohibited by Ontario law.
- The Customer agrees that they operate the Equipment at their own risk.
- The Company is not responsible for the actions of other riders, boaters, or third parties.
6. Damage, Loss & Repair Charges
The Customer is financially responsible for: Any damage to the Equipment during the rental; Lost items (keys, helmets, life jackets, etc.); Excessive cleaning fees; Towing or recovery fees if Equipment is abandoned or stuck. The Customer authorizes the Company to charge the credit card on file for any applicable costs.
7. Fuel, Maintenance & Breakdowns
Jet skis must be returned with the same fuel level unless prepaid fuel is purchased. ATVs and snowmobiles must be returned in the same condition as received. Customers must not attempt repairs unless authorized. In case of breakdown, the Customer must contact the Company immediately.
8. Weather, Water & Trail Conditions
The Company may cancel or reschedule rentals due to unsafe conditions, including: High winds, Storms, Poor visibility, Unsafe water or trail conditions. If the Company cancels due to weather, the Customer receives a full refund or credit. No refunds are issued for weather‑related cancellations initiated by the Customer.
9. Prohibited Use
The Customer agrees not to: Operate Equipment under the influence; Exceed passenger limits; Tow other vessels, sleds, or equipment; Ride outside designated areas; Lend or sublet the Equipment; Perform stunts, jumps, or reckless maneuvers. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
10. Compliance With Ontario Laws
The Customer agrees to comply with: Ontario boating laws, Off‑Road Vehicles Act, Motorized Snow Vehicles Act, and Local bylaws. Any fines or penalties incurred are the Customer’s responsibility.
11. Personal Belongings
111 Rentals / Jet Ski GTA is not responsible for: Lost or stolen items; Damage to personal belongings; Items dropped in water or snow. Customers should secure valuables before riding.
12. Privacy & Data Use
The Company collects customer information for: Booking and payment; Identification and safety; Damage claims if necessary. Information is not sold or shared except as required by law.
13. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from: Misuse of Equipment, Violations of law, Injuries caused to third parties, or Damage to property.
14. Termination of Rental
The Company may terminate a rental immediately if: Safety rules are violated; Equipment is used recklessly; The Customer appears intoxicated; or Conditions become unsafe. No refunds will be issued for terminated rentals.
15. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement supersedes all prior verbal or written statements made by staff or representatives of the Company.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
