Refund Policy

Official Cancellation & Refund Terms

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, security deposits are managed, and cancellations are processed by 111 Rentals / Jet Ski GTA. Due to the high demand and limited season of our powersports fleet, our policies are strictly enforced to ensure fairness to all customers and operational efficiency.

1. Cancellation Timeline

Our schedule is tightly managed to ensure every customer receives their full rental time. Late changes affect the entire day's operations. The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

To request a cancellation, you must contact our team directly via phone or email during regular business hours. Time-stamps on emails or voicemails will be used to determine the applicable notice period.

2. Weather Policy

Your safety is our top priority. We closely monitor radar and marine/trail conditions leading up to your rental.

  • Company Initiated: If 111 Rentals cancels your booking due to unsafe weather (e.g., thunderstorms, high winds, poor visibility) prior to your departure, you will receive a full 100% refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Customer Initiated: Overcast skies, light rain, or cooler temperatures do not automatically constitute unsafe weather. If you choose not to ride in conditions that we deem safe for operation, the standard cancellation timeline applies and no weather-related refund will be issued.

3. Security Deposits & Damages

To protect our high-performance fleet, a pre-authorization hold is placed on your credit card before any equipment departs.

Mandatory Security Deposit per Unit

Required via credit card or cash prior to launch. Fully refundable within 15–30 minutes after return, provided the machine is in the exact same condition as departure.

Damage Deductions: A full walk-around inspection is completed with you before departure. Any new damage, whether mechanical or cosmetic, is your financial responsibility. Deductions from your security deposit for damages, rescue fees, or late fees are strictly non-refundable. If damages exceed the deposit amount, you are responsible for the remaining balance.

4. Late Arrivals & Early Returns

Your rental time slot is reserved exclusively for you. We strongly recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early to complete paperwork and safety briefings.

Late arrivals will not extend your rental period. Your session will end at the originally scheduled time.

Early Returns

If you choose to return the equipment to the dock or trailhead before your scheduled rental time has expired—for any reason other than a mechanical failure on our end—no partial refunds or credits will be issued for the unused time.
