Rules and Regulations *I confirm that I hold at least a valid G1 driver’s license or equivalent.I acknowledge that the farm owner is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies that may occur on the property.I am fully responsible for any damage to the snowmobile and will cover all repair or replacement costs.I understand that a $700 security deposit is required per snowmobile before operation.I will not operate the snowmobile under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances.I agree to follow all safety instructions and stay strictly on the designated farm trails.I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and hold a valid government-issued ID.I will not allow any other person to operate the snowmobile without the owner’s express permission.I agree that Jet Ski GTA and its staff are not responsible for any injury, death, or loss of personal property.
