By checking the box below, I acknowledge and agree that:

• Release of Liability: I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE 111 Rentals (and its operators) from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action for any personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from my use of the equipment, including claims arising from the NEGLIGENCE of 111 Rentals.
• Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless 111 Rentals from any loss, liability, or damage they may incur due to my presence on the water or operation of the equipment.
• Full Financial Responsibility: I am 100% responsible for any damage caused to the jet ski or equipment. 111 Rentals is authorized to use my security deposit, in full or in part, to cover these costs.
• Pre-Use Inspection: I accept the responsibility to document all pre-existing damage with photos/video before departure. Failure to do so means I accept responsibility for any damage found upon return.
• Training & Risk: I acknowledge that 111 Rentals provided all safety instructions. I understand the inherent risks of PWC operation and agree to follow all provided safety rules.
