JetSkiGTA Rental Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms By booking a rental with JetSkiGTA, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to follow these terms may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

2. Rental Requirements

  • Renters must be at least 18 years old.

  • A valid government-issued ID and a boating license (if required) must be presented before the rental.

  • A security deposit of $700 per vessel is required before departure.

3. Payment and Deposit Policy

  • A booking deposit is required to secure your rental.

  • The remaining balance, including applicable taxes and security deposit, must be paid in person before departure.

  • The security deposit will be refunded upon the safe and undamaged return of the vessel.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled more than 48 hours before the booking time.

  • 25% charge if canceled 24-48 hours before the booking time.

  • 30% refund if canceled within 24 hours of the booking time.

  • No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made after the rental start time.

5. Late Return Policy

  • A late return fee of $30 per 10 minutes will apply if the vessel is not returned on time.

6. Safety and Responsibility

  • The renter is responsible for their own safety and the safety of all passengers.

  • All passengers must wear life jackets at all times while on the vessel.

  • Alcohol and drug use before or during the rental is strictly prohibited.

  • Any damage caused to the vessel during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter.

7. Fuel Policy

  • Fuel is included in the rental price.

8. Weather Conditions

  • Rentals may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions at the discretion of JetSkiGTA.

  • If unsafe weather prevents departure, customers may receive a refund or credit for a future booking.

9. Liability Waiver

  • JetSkiGTA is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the rental.

  • Renters acknowledge and assume all risks associated with operating a jet ski or boat.

10. Acknowledgment and Agreement By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to follow all safety guidelines and rental policies set by JetSkiGTA.
